The Consorcio Vega Baja Sostenible has scheduled for tomorrow one of the first visits that will be made to know how the waste plants work. This time will be the residents of Rafal and Dolores who will go tomorrow to the Algimia treatment plant in Alfara and the transfer of Sagunto, accompanied by the President of the Consortium, Manuel Pineda.
The objective of the entity is that groups and associations of the municipalities of the region visit these types of facilities and can see the development of them. In this way, one more step is taken to dispel any doubts that may arise. From this first visit will be carried out with other municipalities of the region so that more groups, associations and neighbors can visit this type of plants and that they know the details of its operation.
The departure will be at 8.00 in the morning and the first stop will be held in Sagunto. In these installations the neighbors will be accompanied by the general director of the public company of collected of waste of the locality, Enrique Carratalá.
The second visit will be made to the treatment plant of Algimia de Alfara. In it will be present the general director of Climate Change and Environmental Quality, Joan Piquer.
After the meal will be taken the way back to be in their municipalities about 17.45 hours.
