The Vega Baja Sostenible Consortium participated this week in the first meeting that the public company Vaersa has held with its shareholders’ meeting. The regional entity acquired one of the shares of the public company, dependent on the Generalitat Valenciana, with the aim of working and moving forward on future projects for the Vega Baja, such as the transfer plant.
The Generalitat is the one who performs the management tasks that the company executes. With the presence of the Vega Baja Sustainable Consortium in the board of directors of Vaersa “we will carry out the management commissions that are needed and we will move forward in the project of building and commissioning the necessary facilities for the region, such as the transfer plants or the ecoparks mobile and fixed “, explained the president of the Consortium, Manuel Pineda.
Pineda has also been named representative of the consortiums that have acquired an action in the public company such as Villena, Medio Vinalopó and Vega Baja.
